Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. All our products are made-to-order using print-on-demand technology, which means each item is custom-produced just for you after your order is placed. This helps reduce waste but may affect processing and delivery times. Order Processing Time Orders are typically processed and sent to production within 2–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During peak periods (e.g., holidays or sales), processing may take up to 10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and another when it ships (including tracking information).
Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times We ship worldwide from multiple fulfillment centers to ensure the fastest possible delivery. Shipping times vary by destination and do not include processing time. United States and Canada: 3–8 business days after shipping. European Union: 5–12 business days after shipping. Australia and New Zealand: 7–15 business days after shipping. Rest of the World: 10–20 business days after shipping. Note: These are estimates only. Delivery times may be longer due to customs delays, holidays, or carrier issues. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 Express or upgraded shipping options may be available at an additional cost. International Shipping and Customs We ship to most countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These are not included in your order total and must be paid upon delivery. Please check your local customs regulations before ordering.
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at willravenmusic@gmail.com with your order number. If an item arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos for assistance. We are not liable for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Important
