RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Print-on-Demand Products
All our merchandise is made-to-order specifically for you. Due to the custom nature of our products, we have different policies based on your location:
European Union (EU) Customers:
- Custom/personalized items are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU
- Defective or damaged items: Full refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery
- Wrong item shipped: Full refund or replacement within 30 days
North America (US/Canada) Customers:
- All sales are final for custom-printed merchandise
- Defective or damaged items: Full refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery
- Wrong item shipped: Full refund or replacement within 30 days
Australia/New Zealand Customers:
- Custom items are not eligible for change of mind returns
- Defective or damaged items: Full refund or replacement within 30 days under Australian Consumer Law
- Wrong item shipped: Full refund or replacement within 30 days
How to Request a Return: Contact us at willravenmusic@gmail.com with your order number and photos of any defects within 30 days of delivery.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
